Mark uses award winning craftsmanship and customization that is typically found in larger homes.

    A second-generation builder, Mark began his building career in his native Florida, bringing with him ten years of experience to the Upstate building market. Establishing himself as an integral part of the Spartanburg building community, he was elected in 1999 to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the Homebuilders Association of Greater Spartanburg. Mark also serves as Vice Chairman on the Building Codes Board of Appeals for Spartanburg County.

    Mark has a South Carolina Real Estate Brokers License that is held with Rinomark Properties, Inc., a company in which he serves as founder and president. Rinomark Properties, Inc. is a company that focuses on real estate transactions, construction and land development.

    Mark attributes a large part of his success as a residential and commercial builder to his personal work ethic and the quality of his building team - The employees, subcontractors, and craftspeople who place high expectations on their work product.
