Mark Autorino

Founder and President to Autorino Construction Inc and Founder and Broker to Showcase Realty Group

Mark established his construction company in 1996 after working in the corporate world for a number of years. A second-generation builder, he began his career alongside his father in the state of Florida. With his father’s guidance, Mark designed and built his first house as a drafting project in 11th grade—an experience that revealed his passion and talent for design and construction. His goal has always been to make his clients’ dream homes a reality.

Mark also established Showcase Realty Group in 1998 expanding his commitment to excellence in both building and real estate. Through Showcase Realty Group, he is proud to offer clients a full-service experience—from designing and building their dream homes to helping them buy or sell with confidence.

Aaron Lance Stover

Project Manager

Lance Stover grew up in Florida, where he spent his days catching waves and playing every sport he could. From an early age, he worked alongside his father on construction projects — the spark that ignited a lifelong passion for building. The craftsman gene runs deep in his family. As a third-generation builder, Lance carried on the family tradition when he moved to the mountains of Western North Carolina after high school, joining his father in crafting genuine post-and-beam log cabins. Over the years, his skills expanded from traditional craftsmanship to the creation of high-end custom homes throughout the WNC region. Lance has since shared his love of building and creativity with his two sons. In 2018, he and his family relocated to South Carolina, where he joined Autorino Construction. Today, with more than 30 years of hands-on experience, Lance combines his building expertise, creative vision, and problem-solving skills to help bring extraordinary homes to life across the area.  

Addison Ward

Office Manager / Accountant and REALTOR® to Showcase Realty Group

Addison graduated from Spartanburg Community College in 2025 with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. She has been a valued member of Autorino Construction since October 2024. In addition to her accounting background, Addison is a licensed Realtor with Showcase Realty, where she can assist new clients in finding the land of their dreams to build the home of their dreams. She is dedicated to ensuring that every client enjoys the best possible experience with Autorino Construction.
